Punctuality: please arrive at the beauty centre at least 5 minutes before the start of the treatment. If you are late, the treatment will be of shorter duration.
Cancellation policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, after which the booked treatments will be charged in full.
