At our family hotel in Val Gardena we love traditions, especially culinary ones. Every time we set to the cooker to delight you with typical South Tyrolean recipes, we are reminded of our grandmothers and the passion with which they taught us the secrets of traditional local dishes. With an energy, dedication and valuable knowledge passed down from generation to generation. These are the ingredients that make our dishes unique. A day marked by taste!
Breakfast . 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Can you smell that smell? Our breakfast buffet will give you the right boost to start your day. Are you a sweet tooth? Delight yourself with croissants, cakes, pancakes, jams, honey, yoghurt, muesli, fresh or dried fruit. If you prefer savoury, feast on sausages, eggs, cold meats, cheeses, omelets, fresh or crispy rye bread. And to drink: tea, infusions, coffee and fresh fruit juices. P.S. There is also a children's buffet!
Snack time. 15:30 - 17:30
Have you just returned from your adventures in Val Gardena and feel a bit peckish? Come and try the delights of our afternoon buffet! Here you will find home-made cakes, cold meats and fresh fruit: only the best of South Tyrolean cuisine. Just what you need to enjoy a tasty moment in company before dinner!
Dinner . 19:00 - 20:30
The icing on the cake of your day's holiday? Our 4-course dinner! Warm lighting, a cosy atmosphere and attentive service provide the setting for our delicious traditional South Tyrolean dishes lovingly prepared by our chefs and kitchen team. We start with a selection of salads and starters from our buffet, continue with a first and second course (also in vegetarian version), and end on a high note with a dessert. All that's left to do is to have a nice bridege with our fine wines!

Your children will not only eat everything down to the last bite, they will have a great time. But who is that wandering around the tables in our dining room with those big ears? It is our Dumbo, who loves to wave to the little ones during breakfast. At lunchtime, our little guests aged 3 and over can all eat together at Villa Dumbo, where they will find a menu prepared especially for them by our chef (surcharge of € 12.00 per meal, reservation in the morning at breakfast). For children from 0 to 3 years old, it is possible to order a thermos with baby products. In the evenings, however, at 7 p.m. an ad hoc menu awaits them with delicious and creative dishes to be enjoyed at the children's table in the company of their little friends and our entertainers.
Make yourself comfortable in the lounge bar
Cosy atmosphere, warm lighting and many peaceful corners in which to sit and sip a hot drink, cocktail or glass of wine in peace and quiet. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of our lounge bar, choose your welcome drink and take a seat in one of the comfortable armchairs. The fire crackles in the fireplace, the children play happily sitting on the poufs in the shape of cute little sheep, and you enjoy the sweetness of this moment. Slowing the pace has never been so nice.
