Fancy an afternoon snack before dinner? From 15:30 to 17:30 drop by our afternoon buffet where homemade cakes, cold meats and fresh fruit await you. 

At the Posta we provide you with prams, baby carriers, baby changing tables and tubs, high chairs, baby phones, bibs, bottle warmers and thermos flasks free of charge. Just ask for them at reception.

Children under the age of 3 can have fun with their parents in the baby room with its soft floor and soft toys suitable for toddlers.

Upon request, we will be happy to organise a babysitting service for children under the age of 3 (for a fee).

Our breakfast buffet awaits you from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the dining room with sweet and savoury delicacies and a wide selection of drinks. Highlight: our children's buffet. 

In case of cancellation:

• Up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge.
• From 20 days to 8 days before arrival: we retain 50% of the total amount of the booked stay.
• From 7 days before arrival or no show: we retain 100% of the total amount of the booked stay.

If you want to reuse them, place them on the towel rack, if you want to change them, leave them on the floor. On arrival you will find towels and bathrobes in your room, the cost for changing them is €10.00.

Hungry children at lunchtime? Not at Family Hotel Posta! 

• Here, our little guests aged 3 and over can enjoy lunch at Villa Dumbo together with their little friends and in the company of our animators. Lunch costs € 12.00 per meal and must be booked in the morning at breakfast. 
• For children aged 0 to 3 years, you can order a thermos in the morning choosing from: tomato pasta, fresh vegetable broth, cream of rice, HIPP meat and fruit products, BIO corn and tapioca cream or BIO wheat semolina cream.

Our 4-course dinner is served from 19:00 to 20:30 in the dining room and includes a rich selection of salads and starters from our buffet, a first course, second course and dessert. At 19:00 our younger guests can dine together with a children's menu at a table dedicated to them under the supervision of our animators. 

Dogs are always welcome in our family hotel, but unfortunately they are not allowed in the restaurant and in our park. The charge for their stay is € 20.00 per day (excluding food).

At Villa Dumbo you will find our Dumbo Club for children aged 3 and up with lots of fun games and activities prepared by our team of animators. The weekly programme is displayed on the notice board in the lobby and below Villa Dumbo. To participate, you must register directly on your arrival at Villa Dumbo, stating your name, surname, room number and parents' telephone number.

In front of our hotel you will find parking spaces for electric cars with a charging station. Please request the activation card at reception.

Every age has its fun! In the junior room, older children can play table tennis, table football, fun4four and video games. 

Swimming pool and sauna area: daily from 15:00 to 20:00 in winter and from 8:00 to 20:00 in summer.

Family sauna: daily from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Spa treatment area: daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Our gym with a Sassolungo view and modern equipment is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

If you would like to make use of our laundry service, please use the laundry bags you will find in your room and hand them in at reception (for a fee).

At Family Hotel Posta you can leave your car in our free outdoor car park or alternatively in the covered garage with limited parking spaces (not bookable). To enter, simply swipe your room card over the reader. Please park only in the spaces reserved for the "Family Hotel Posta".

We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Eurocard), debit cards or cash (up to € 4,999.99). We do not accept cheques.

All our rooms are equipped with a safe. To set the secret code: press "R", key in your 4-digit code, wait for the beep, key in the same code again. To open and close the safe: enter your 4-digit secret code. 

In winter, you can take advantage of our free shuttle service to the Santa Cristina lifts, which operates from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 12.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Our alpine guide Silvio will accompany you on your discovery of the 'Dolomiti Superski' ski area and will be at your disposal every evening at 8:30 p.m. to give you all the useful information on guided day trips.

At Family Hotel Posta, you can conveniently purchase your ski pass at reception. If you buy a ski pass for an adult, you are entitled to a free ski pass for children under age of 8.

SKY fans will find all their favourite programmes from channel 301 to 320 on their in-room TV.

From 1 January 2024 the tourist tax is € 3.40 per day/person (except for children under 14).

We recommend that you take out our Hogast travel insurance to ensure that you are always covered in case of unforeseen events. Insurance with travel cancellation benefits must be taken out no later than 3 days after booking your trip. If the insurance is only taken out after the booking has been made, the insurance cover for travel cancellation benefits will only commence from the 10th day after the insurance is taken out (with the exception of accident, death or natural catastrophe).
